Skin blemishes can be due to various reasons. With effective treatment one can make them lighter and less noticeable.

Also, eat foods which are good for skin like carrots, lemon-water, salmon, berries, and avocado.

Face Scrub and Face Packs

Mild face scrubbing and using face packs regularly helps to exfoliate skin, remove tan, and makes the complexion better. This will greatly help to speed up the treatment process.

Lemon Juice

Fresh lemon juice when applied on acne scars and other marks greatly helps to reduce their appearance. Similarly, you can also use tomato juice or rosehip oil.

Chemical Peels

Chemical peels are affordable and within few sessions of chemical peels the blemishes will become less noticeable. You can use chemical peels to reduce the marks on face and body.

More Remedies

Exercising and taking steam/sauna also greatly helps in detoxification. Some vitamin supplements also help to reduce the appearance of scars, however make sure you are sticking to natural, organic supplements. Also, keep your stomach free from constipation, as it is one of the causes of unclear complexion. And avoid stress, as it can contribute to blemishes.
