Method of Preparation
In a pan, mix the flaxseed and water together and start heating on low heat. You will need to keep on stirring in order to prevent the seeds from getting stuck at the bottom of the pan. You should continue with the process until the water boils. When the water boils, a frothy jelly will be formed.
At that time, you should turn down the heat a bit so that the seeds settle in the jelly. Now, strain the liquid and remove all the seeds from it. Lastly, you should add a few drops of essential oils to it and mix it thoroughly.
