Egg Packs for Hair

Raw eggs are rich in proteins and vitamins A, D, and E. They are good for treating hair loss. Vitamin A increases the production of sebum which is helpful in preventing dry hair and dandruff, whereas the protein strengthens the hair follicles. The yolk of the egg makes the hair shiny, and also gives it volume. Now that we know the importance of eggs for your hair, let us have a look at the various natural packs.

For Hair Fall
When you see those strands of hair being washed away while you shampoo your hair, it's anguish beyond imagination. It's normal to lose at least 100 strands of hair everyday, as the old hair falls out to make way for new growth. However, if you are losing more than that, then it's something to worry about.
