Here's more information about the same.

Oatmeal Scrub

Strawberry Scrub

Now start scrubbing. Work gently on every part of the skin. Again, leave it on for 10 minutes on your skin and then wash off with lukewarm water. Here's you with a glowing, shiny skin.

Sunflower Seed Scrub

Take a cup of finely ground sunflower seeds in a bowl. Now add ½ cup of heavy cream to it. Mix well and keep adding a few drops of soybean oil as you stir this mixture. Now, apply this paste over your skin. Let it dry slightly before you start scrubbing.
Start scrubbing in circular directions applying very little pressure. Using a natural loofah for this scrub is more effective. Wash it off with warm water after 5 - 10 minutes for fresh, glowing skin.

Essential Tips

There are a few things that you must keep in mind while you exfoliate. Firstly, the scrub needs to be suitable for your skin type. You can either purchase one from the best brands specially formulated for sensitive skin or make one at home. Homemade scrubs are always safe, as these contain natural ingredients that won't cause any harm.
In either case, the ingredients used, need to be mild. Next, the loofah can either be a natural loofah or a washcloth. Using a nylon loofah for scrubbing sensitive skin must be avoided at all costs.
Also, if the scrub contains more granules or is thick enough, you can simply rub it on with your hands. Once you are done exfoliating, wash that part of your skin with warm water. Follow this by application of a toner. Next, you must moisturize your skin with a deep nourishing moisturizer to prevent the skin from drying out. Following this procedure is definitely the best way to exfoliate.
With the aforementioned tips to rightly exfoliate skin, you can revitalize your skin. Also the homemade scrubs will be beneficial in giving you a healthy and radiant skin.
