To create a high volume updo, you need to first wash and condition your hair with a volumizing shampoo and conditioner. Now take a coin-sized amount of volumizing mousse and rub it in your damp hair. Make sure that you massage the mousse from root to tips of each hair strand and let your hair air dry.
When your hair is dry, take a rat-tail comb and create volume at the crown, by backcombing the hair. This can be done by taking 1 to 2 inch sections of hair at the crown and running the comb from the ends towards the roots in 7 to 10 passes.
Once you have created sufficient volume, loosely pull back the front section of hair with your fingers and secure at the back with a glittery barrette. Now, curl the rest of the hair by wrapping a two inch barrel curling iron.

To create this style at home, first blow dry hair straight with a paddle brush and blow dryer. Now make an extreme left part and gather the top section of hair away from your forehead to your crown. Apply a bit of texturizing spray and then roll the hair away from the part to form a tight twist.
Secure the twist with a clear elastic band and pull the rest of the hair into a low ponytail. Secure the ponytail behind your left ear and tie it together with the twisted section of hair at the nape. Now, divide the pony into two sections and twirl one section into a twist. Wrap this twirled section into a bun and leave the hair in the other section loose.
Pin the ends of the bun at the back and twirl the rest of the loose hair into a twist and pin it underneath the bun. Apply a mist of hairspray and you have a hairstyle that is totally unique.

Here is a short hairstyle that uses a lot of sparkly hair pins and accessories for women. Shampoo and condition your hair with an antifrizz shampoo and conditioner. Use a flat iron to straighten your hair for a super sleek look.
Once you have straightened your hair, make an extreme side part on one side. Now apply a bit of hairspray so that the hairstyle stays in place. Place the sparkly hair clips on the opposite side of your part. Start clipping the hair pins two inches from the part and stop when you reach right above your ear.
