People of all age groups and genders may get affected by them and therefore, blemish removal products are the mainstay of cosmetic companies. These removal cream and lotions are very popular, but sometimes are ineffective and costly.
Moreover, our face is the reflection of our health, so it is important to maintain a healthy routine and diet to avoid this problem. People who go for cosmetic products or laser therapy stand a chance of further damaging their skin.

Potatoes

Grate potatoes and squeeze their juice with the help of a cloth, add a few drops of lemon and honey to this mixture.
Apply the paste over the affected area and keep it on for 20 minutes. This paste is very useful against skin pigmentation and sun tan. You can also add turmeric powder to a puree of potatoes and apply on the same. While potato is a good bleaching agent, turmeric is a good antibiotic and helps heal wounds.

Papaya

Rich in anti-oxidants like vitamin A, B, and C, applying papaya helps in moisturizing the skin.
Putting the fleshy side of a green papaya on the affected area is good for acne blemish removal. Native Americans have been using papaya for dead skin removal by rubbing it against the same. Adding milk to the papaya also makes a good removal cream for this problem.

Strawberry

Strawberries contain salicylic acid which rids the skin of dead cells and makes your face look brighter.
They also helps strengthen the skin immunity and rejuvenates it by removing the impurities and these marks on the face. Use 5-7 medium-sized strawberries with honey to make a facial mask, and apply this mixture on the affected area for 15 - 20 minutes.

Honey

Usage of honey facial masks are beneficial, because of its anti-bacterial qualities. With the sugar content in honey, it acts as an antimicrobial agent giving the skin a natural glow.
Slightly heat the honey and add wheat germ to it, apply this mix on the affected portion and wash off after 15-20 minutes. Honey is also used in the treatment of acne blemish along with other items like lemon and orange.

Lemon

All citrus fruits are used to treat this condition, as the vitamin C present in these fruit juices is a natural exfoliant. Lemon can be applied on the skin for 10 - 15 minutes everyday. It is also used in many natural acne cures. Lemon mixed with other ingredients like honey and orange peels makes for a good facial mask.

Orange

Take couple of oranges, peel the skin and dry it in the sun. After the peels are dry, crush them into a powder. Take the powder and mix it with yogurt to make a paste, apply this paste 2-3 times a day for skin care. This paste is good for scar removal and also helps lighten the skin, giving it a natural glow.
